Biff Bar Pod System Distributor Program Notes for Jordan Trade Buyers

Retail presentation and display support

At retail, biff bar pod system benefits from simple merchandising: flavor families grouped together, price points clearly marked, and counter display units that hold the core range in one visual block. Shops using this layout report faster decisions and higher multi-unit purchases.

Compliance is handled before dispatch, not after arrival. Every biff bar pod system carton for Jordan leaves with the document set the destination requires - MSDS paperwork, ingredient statements and battery transport reports where applicable.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Jordan trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Storage and shelf life at your Jordan warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Jordan launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Freight options from Shenzhen to Jordan

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Ningbo-Zhoushan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 7 to 10 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.
