Cartons for biff bar pod system are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Private-label projects for Italy brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

After-sales support and claims handling

Independent reports are available on request: GMP documentation, transport test results and material safety data accompany orders where destination regulation requires them. If your market needs a specific filing, tell us before production and we confirm in writing rather than discovering the gap at customs.

Every quotation for Italy separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Compliance paperwork for Italy imports

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.
