Biff Bar Pod System OEM Service Checklist for Mexico Trade Buyers

Building a biff bar pod system range that fits Mexico demand

Mixed-flavor master cartons let new buyers test the full lineup without deep stock on any single profile. Once sell-through data identifies the local winners, reorders can lean into them while keeping a tail of variety for breadth.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Mexico launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Documents that travel with every shipment

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Compliance for biff bar pod system varies by destination, and we treat paperwork as part of the product. Depending on the market we provide TPD documentation, ingredient disclosures, nicotine content statements and battery transport paperwork such as UN38.3 and MSDS for the cells.

Practical checklist

• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity

Sample policy and product evaluation

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Mexico shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.
