Biff Bar Pod System Payment Terms Checklist for India Trade Buyers

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Shenzhen Shekou, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 3 to 5 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first India order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and India trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Working with the VapeWholesaleHub trade desk

Every VapeWholesaleHub order passes through the same workflow — specification confirmation, batch sampling, production follow-up, pre-shipment inspection, export packing and tracked dispatch. Buyers receive photos of the finished goods and the loading process, so there are no surprises when the carton opens at your warehouse.

Every quotation for India separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Practical checklist

• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day

Freight options from Shenzhen to India

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for India launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Sample policy and product evaluation

The fastest way to a landed quotation is a message with your target quantity, destination and flavor preferences. Send it on WhatsApp or WeChat to +86 13711127975 and a trade specialist replies with unit pricing, freight options and current stock positions.

Distributors covering India often ask about territory planning. Because the payment terms program is built on reorder volume rather than one-off deals, the desk shares regional demand context before commitments are made.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent India launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Trade demand in India rewards depth over breadth. A focused biff bar pod system core range that never goes out of stock outsells a wide shelf with gaps, so the payment terms plan should be built around real turnover rather than catalog size.
