Biff Bar Pod System Private Label Checklist for United Kingdom Trade Buyers

After-sales support and claims handling

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every biff bar pod system carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Production begins with incoming inspection: cells are sorted for capacity and internal resistance, e-liquid batches are verified for nicotine content and density, and structural components are checked against the approved sample. Only released materials reach the biff bar pod system line.

Automated filling and sealing controls dosage precision and prevents the leakage that plagues cheap wholesale stock. Devices then pass through draw-activation testing, airflow calibration and visual checks before batching.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why United Kingdom shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.
