Biff Bar Pod System Sample Orders in Spain: Overview for Trade Buyers

Landed cost planning for Spain buyers

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Hong Kong, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 10 to 15 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every biff bar pod system carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.

Wholesale biff bar pod system pricing sits in a wide band depending on specification — roughly $3.60 per unit on typical ready-stock lines, with aggressive tier reductions as quantity increases. Quotations always separate unit price, packing and freight so buyers can see exactly what moves the number.

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

Private-label projects for Spain brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Timing orders around the production calendar

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Payment terms for Spain accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.
