Biff Bar Pod System Trade Terms in Georgia: Wholesale FAQ
Documents that travel with every shipment
Battery shipments follow applicable transport regulation: cells are packed at safe state-of-charge, cartons carry the proper marks, and documentation accompanies the goods. Forwarders familiar with lithium-ion consumer goods consistently clear our shipments without the delays that hit poorly documented competitors.
Distributors covering Georgia often ask about territory planning. Because the trade terms program is built on reorder volume rather than one-off deals, the desk shares regional demand context before commitments are made.
Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. Georgia buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.
Timing orders around the production calendar
The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for biff bar pod system programs.
Payment terms for Georgia accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.
Comparing quotations the professional way
Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.
Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Georgia launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Frequently asked questions
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 10,000-puff devices with 850mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 5ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most biff bar pod system lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
Do you ship to Spain?
Yes — we ship to Saudi Arabia on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
How do I get a current price list?
Message +86 13711127975 on WhatsApp or WeChat with your quantity and destination. The trade desk returns live unit pricing, available flavors and freight estimates, usually within a few hours on business days.
Which nicotine strengths are available?
The range typically spans 10mg mild nicotine salt, subject to destination regulation. Zero-nicotine versions are offered for markets that restrict nicotine, and strength labeling is adjusted to match local requirements.
Can you help with flavor selection for my market?
Absolutely. We maintain regional sales data and can propose a starter flavor mix matched to Ukraine, then refine it based on your sell-through. Fruit, ice, mint, tobacco and dessert profiles are all in regular production.
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
